How quickly will my banner go live?
Most banners are reviewed and approved within 24–48 hours. Professional and Enterprise tiers receive priority review.
Can I swap my banner creative mid-campaign?
Yes. Request a new banner image through your dashboard and we'll swap it in within one business day. Included on Enterprise; available on all tiers.
Do you offer formats other than banner?
Not yet. We're focused on doing banner advertising well first. If you need a different format, contact sales — we'll let you know when more options are available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Campaigns are invoiced after editorial approval. Invoices are issued through Stripe and can be paid by card or bank transfer — no card details are collected in the portal.
Is there a refund policy?
Full refunds for banners that haven't been published yet. For active campaigns, we provide pro-rata credits.
